Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter – IT & HR Operations, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for IT positions while also supporting HR operational processes. You will play a key role in attracting top technical talent, refining recruitment strategies, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

  • Maintain and optimize recruitment tracking systems and reports to improve hiring efficiency.

  • Enhance employer branding by participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and online communities.

  • Collaborate with HR to support operational activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.

  • Assist in refining HR policies and procedures to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring timelines and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the tech industry or staffing agencies.

  • Familiarity with HR operations, policies, and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
