As a Senior Recruiter – IT & HR Operations, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for IT positions while also supporting HR operational processes. You will play a key role in attracting top technical talent, refining recruitment strategies, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Maintain and optimize recruitment tracking systems and reports to improve hiring efficiency.
Enhance employer branding by participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and online communities.
Collaborate with HR to support operational activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.
Assist in refining HR policies and procedures to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring timelines and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the tech industry or staffing agencies.
Familiarity with HR operations, policies, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
