The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at KMS Technology will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the strategic needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and Salesforce implementation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce solutions.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform and its various products. Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices. Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and integration tools is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior analysts and team members.


  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce solutions.

  • Solution Design: Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. This includes creating detailed functional specifications and workflow diagrams.

  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that the development team adheres to the design specifications and project timelines.

  • Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions.

  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions.
