Execute all testing activities (manual & automated testing) to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success
Handle issues from customers, consult best practices and workarounds if current products don’t meet customers’ requirements
Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary QA/test recommendations
4+ years of experience in manual testing
1+ years of experience in automated testing using testing frameworks like Appium, Selenium ...
Have testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
Methodical and detail-oriented, with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Good dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
Hand-on experience on Java language is a plus
Education/training preferred:
Bachelor degree of Computer Science/ Software Engineering
