We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Automated Test Engineer to lead the assessment of Salesforce automated testing needs and play a pivotal role in implementing comprehensive testing solutions for our clients. This individual will possess deep expertise in both manual and automated testing within the core Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. A strong background in utilizing Copado Robotic Testing for Salesforce automation is essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within complex Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Test Strategy & Assessment:
Conduct a thorough assessment of our clients' Salesforce testing needs, focusing on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce automated testing strategy, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
Analyze existing Salesforce implementations to identify areas for improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Copado Robotic Testing Implementation:
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing for Salesforce.
Configure and optimize Copado Robotic Testing to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
Lead the implementation of Copado Robotic Testing best practices within the team.
Salesforce Test Automation Development:
Develop and execute automated test scripts for Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.
Create and maintain reusable test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployment.
Manual Testing & Quality Assurance:
Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing, within the Salesforce platform.
Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify potential defects and usability issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Communicate testing progress, issues, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce testing and Copado Robotic Testing.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and testing tools.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities to elevate the team's Salesforce testing capabilities.
Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Automated Test Engineer, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Extensive experience in both manual and automated testing within the Salesforce platform.
Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing for Salesforce automation.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and development best practices.
Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
Copado Robotic Testing certification (nice to have).
Experience with Revenue Cloud and Vlocity Policy Management (Industry Cloud) (Nice to have).
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (working from home - office won't be mandatory all the time, rather it will required from time to time).
