Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with BFSI clients to understand their specific testing requirements, regulatory and compliance needs, and security considerations, establishing clear expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and processes tailored to the BFSI industry, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of test plans specific to the BFSI industry, monitor progress, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for improvements and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes within the BFSI industry, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving the implementation of best practices.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on testing activities, progress, and results.
  • Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for KMS enterprise testing service

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in a leadership role within the software testing domain, specifically in the BFSI industry.

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Experience in managing and leading teams of testing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with BFSI clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels

  • Solid experience in Test Automation Tools and Frameworks, familiarity with agile methodologies
