Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with BFSI clients to understand their specific testing requirements, regulatory and compliance needs, and security considerations, establishing clear expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the testing lifecycle.
Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and processes tailored to the BFSI industry, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the execution of test plans specific to the BFSI industry, monitor progress, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for improvements and issue resolution.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes within the BFSI industry, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving the implementation of best practices.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on testing activities, progress, and results.
Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for KMS enterprise testing service

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience of at least 10 years in a leadership role within the software testing domain, specifically in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience in managing and leading teams of testing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with BFSI clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
Solid experience in Test Automation Tools and Frameworks, familiarity with agile methodologies
